Metroid Planet R23B is a fan-made Metroid game featuring an entirely new adventure inspired by the original Metroid. Players explore an interconnected alien world, battle hostile creatures and powerful mini-bosses, and acquire upgrades to improve their weapons, missiles, and energy capacity.
The game features exploration-based gameplay, platforming, and combat, using visual assets inspired by the original Metroid. As players progress through the planet, they can discover upgrades that help them overcome enemies and advance through the adventure.
