Following in her father's footsteps, Kalinka Cossack finally completes her first robot master, Czarina. With the world increasingly in conflict, Kalinka decides to give Czarina a test run in the form of a competition in the vein of the Ms Universe Pageant combined with a robotic fighting tournament as seen during the events of Mega Man's sixth outing to add some needed levity to the doom and gloom spreading around the world. Kalinka reaches out to Dr Light's crew for assistance in pulling off this feat, and as luck would have it Mega had just the demon in mind to pull it off in record time and at an impossible scale... for better or worse.
